All Florida Restoration Services was founded in 2009, and has been in continuous operation since then. We have helped thousands of home and business owners deal with fire, flood, and mold. Our passion is to come to the assistance of a family or business dealing with the consequences of a natural disaster or accidental fire. Our founder is still the sole owner, and is still intimately involved with our company’s day-to-day affairs.

Our founder, owner and president, Paul Schwartz, has been in the restoration business since 1992. Paul is a Florida-licensed Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator. A Florida native/resident of Florida since 1967, Paul has seen over and over again how timely mitigation and restoration services make the difference between a manageable, relatively-affordable response to a hazard, and an unmanageable, unaffordable situation that affects your finances and your family’s quality of life.

We serve homeowners and business owners in South Florida’s Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties.
